Wrapper
Our Lumpia Semarang wrappers are prepared traditionally by beating
wheat flour and water together into a special dough which then cooked
into thin sheets. We make these wrappers the day you ordered to ensure
the quality and freshness of our product.
The
Filling
It takes 5 hours to prepare our filling but we still prepare
it every single day using the highest quality ingredients. Our bamboo
shoots*, shipped directly from Semarang, are combined with chicken, prawn
and our special blend of spices and herbs to produce the unique flavors
of Central Java.

Our Lumpia Semarang are prepared and rolled every time an order is placed.
They can be enjoyed fried or unfried and come with authentic condiments
that are designed to enhance your snacking experience.

Bamboo Lumpia Semarang taste best when consumed immediately after you
purchase them. Please request for our SHOCK-FRIED™ Rolls if you
plan to serve them at a much later time. SHOCK-FRIED™ is a process
where we dip our Lumpia Semarang into extremely hot oil to seal the
flavor in, furthermore preserving the freshness. Lumpia Semarang
do not contain any preservatives, for this reason we only recommend refrigerating
them for up to a day or freezing them up to one week.
*)Bamboo shoot is low in Saturated Fat, and very
low in Cholesterol. It is also a good source
of Dietary Fiber, Protein,
Riboflavin and Zinc, and a very good source of Vitamin B6, Potassium,
Copper and Manganese.
